Submitted her Phd, in 2015 ‘The Politics of Culture: A Comparative study of the writings of Coomaraswamy and Dharmapala’ under the supervision of prof Valerian Rodrigues in the Centre for Political Studies (CPS) in School of Social Sciences, JNU. Her M.Phil was on ‘The Politics of Exemplar: Invocation of the Buddha in the writings of Coomaraswamy’ for which Grade ‘A’ was awarded. She did her masters in Political Science in CPS and was the second topper of the Masters programme. Graduated in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College was awarded the certificate of excellence by the Department and was the University topper.
Trained as a Political scientist, she has interest in History of ideas, thought and institutions. She has had a teaching experience of four years as she has taught to undergraduate in the University of Delhi. She has been ardent researcher at the same time as she has worked as a Resource person for DEP-SSA IGNOU for gender modules.
